Premium Grade Estate Organic Ceylon (True) Cinnamon Powder.
Perfect for making Ceylon Cinnamon Lattes, Ceylon Cinnamon Milk Tea, Wellnes and culinary uses.
Harvested from the sun-drenched hills of Sri Lanka, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, often referred to as “true cinnamon”, is a premium spice prized for its delicate, sweet flavour and exceptional purity. Grown on a single estate using sustainable, chemical-free farming practices, this cinnamon is carefully hand-peeled from the inner bark of Cinnamomum verum trees, then sun-dried to preserve its complex aroma and warm golden hue. Unlike the more common cassia cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon has a softer, more nuanced taste with subtle citrus and floral notes.
This estate-grown variety is organic, ensuring it’s free from pesticides, additives, and artificial processing. Each batch is traceable to its source, reflecting the rich agricultural heritage of Sri Lanka and the dedication of the local farmers who cultivate it with generations of knowledge and care.
Ideal for culinary uses, Ceylon cinnamon spiced lattes, Ceylon cinnamon milk tea, wellness applications and as a luxurious addition to your pantry.
A Cinnamon spiced latte or milk tea (instead of the espresso coffee) is a popular drink made with milk. It has a luxurious rich, cozy and fruity spicy flavour.
